On the day of release, you should receive an email from help@bookfunnel.com with your download.

It's highly recommended to add help@bookfunnel.com to your contacts/whitelist to avoid your email ending up in the spam folder.

You can also go ahead and sign up for an account on my.bookfunnel.com with the same email you used (or plan to use) when you purchase the book, and you'll be able to quickly add it to your account and download on the day of release!

You can also access purchase.bookfunnel.com/caranoxbooks when the book is released to claim your copy.

Since PayHip can't handle preorders without me manually sending ebooks to everyone who purchased, BookFunnel will be automatically managing preorders and distributing them on the day of release.

I currently have a specific book pricing structure that places all of my works into a certain bracket. For the sake of pricing transparency, I've included the details below.

Starting with novels: standalones (including read-in-any-order) are priced the highest, currently at $5.99, because they are one-and-done installments.

Most series books are just under that, currently at $4.99, with the exception of The Custodians first book—at $3.99—since it's planned to be a longer-running urban fantasy series.

For novellas, they're priced under novels, either at $1.99 or $2.99, depending on various factors.

Finally, short fiction is set to $0.99 or free—once again, depending on various factors.

All of this is calculated to give me, an author and artist, reasonable compensation for my work without placing an unreasonable price on a book. I also run sales at least every couple of months, which I announce through my newsletter.
